Federal and State Tax Return Preparation

Whether we like it or not, today's tax laws are so complicatd that filing a relatively simple return can be confusing. It is just too easy to overlook deductions and credits to which you are entitled. Even if you use a computer software progam there's no substitute for the assistance of an experienced tax professional.

D&A Tax & Notary Service is a professional tax preparation firm with extensive experience in preparing federal (1040 & 1065) and all state tax returns. Our team of tax specialists will ensure your return is complete, accurate, and delivered to you fast. We can file multiple state returns for those taxpayers relocating or working outside of their state of residence during the tax year and we are assured that you will be satisfied.

Electronic Filing

Electronic Filing also known as E-filing is a method of transmitting your tax return directly to the IRS. E-filing makes filing a tax return faster, more secure, and accurate; it can also help you receive your refund faster. A Federal tax return that was filed electronically can be received in as little as 10 days (this does not include bank refund loan products that can be received in minutes). Compare this to a return that was mailed where your refund can take anywhere from six to eight weeks! We recommend everyone e-files, but you’re not obligated to. We can also e-file a return that you prepare yourself.

Refund Anticipation Loan - (12-24 hours)

Qualified D&A Tax & Notary Service clients can receive their refund in as fast as 12-24 hours through our Refund Anticipation Loans (RAL). The RAL provides taxpayers with a check in the office where they filed in the amount of their anticipated tax refund, less applicable fees. Clients also may choose to have their RAL funds deposited directly into their bank account. RAL's are a fast and easy way to get your refund.

*Refund Anticipation Loans are provided by our service bank, application is required and subject to qualification and a maximum loan amount. Bank fees, tax preparation, and other charges are deducted from loan proceeds.

Electronic Refund Check – (7 to 14 days)

D&A Tax & Notary Service also provide Electronic Refund Checks so clients can receive their refund in as fast as 7-14 days. ERC offers all the benefits of e-filing, but if you don't need your money right away this option can save you money. Electronic Refund Checks are printed 7-14 days after IRS acceptance. Tax preparation and other fees are deducted from the refund amount and given to clients in a Bank of America cashier’s check.

Electronic Refund Deposit - (9-16 days)

With the Direct Deposit option your refund will be directly deposited into your checking or saving account directly from the IRS, usually within 9-16 days, with this option tax preparation and other fees are deducted from the refund amount with the balance going into your account.

Debit Card Option

An option for clients to receive their tax return refund and to use throughout the year for other direct deposit options. This PIN based debit card gives you access to your refund or RALs by making ATM withdrawals or Point of Sale (POS) purchases nationwide.

IRS Check (10-21 days)

If you're not in a hurry to receive your refund you can choose the IRS Mail Check option. With this option you can receive your refund directly from the IRS to your home address in 10 to 21 days; fees must be paid at time of tax preparation service.

Balance Due

D&A Tax & Notary Service clients who do not get a refund can pay their tax obligation conveniently with their VISA®, MasterCard®, or debit card. Taxpayers can also pay their tax obligation in a payment installment agreement with the assurance that there will be no late fees or penalties.
